Prices

The prices that may be displayed throughout this website are indicative only. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are not entering into a supply or a building contract with us. Ecokit pty ltd reserve the right to alter the displayed prices without prior notice.

Consulting Fees

Our fees for preliminary activities, or for activities in regions where we do not maintain regular presence, are payable up front. The on-going consulting fees for large projects are payable in agreed instalments, as stipulated in the contract. Fees for initial briefings and preliminary investigation are not refundable.

Availability

In order to adjust to ever-changing legislative and other constraints related to provision of consulting services, construction and development, we periodically undertake reviews of our designs and the ways we operate. These reviews may result in amendments to existing designs, adding new designs to our product range, or removing designs altogether from our product range. We may also alter the way we offer our services and fulfil our contractual obligations. Ecokit pty ltd reserve the right to implement the aforementioned changes in product range and conduct of business without prior notice, and to the extent we deem necessary.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law ecokit pty ltd shall have no liability to you under these Terms or in connection with the Service, including (without limitation) liability to you for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, consequential, loss of profits or otherwise) you may incur (whether by negligence, or fault of ecokit pty ltd, or otherwise) in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including, without limitation, any failure by ecokit pty ltd to identify development or engineering constraints associated with client’s land and with proposed design and engineering solutions.

Limit of Liability

Ecokit pty ltd acknowledges that some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of warranties or incidental or consequential damages, so that the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, the liability of ecokit pty ltd shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
